We'll perhaps a girl has a tattoo that says in big bold letters, "I fucked" and then there is a tattooed list of all the guys that she's fucked., then in that case, yes the amount of tattoos can tell you A LOT about her sexual history.

No, but things like drug use, arrest records, social media etc can tell you at times. Obviously exceptions to everything.

Bro, tattoos are a personal choice and don't say anything about someone's sexual history. You can't make assumptions about someone based on how many tattoos they have. Some people want them because they just like the look, and some people have deep personal reasons for why they want tattoos. It's all about personal expression and style. Whatever tattoos someone has or doesn't have, it doesn't reflect on their personality or their sexual history.

Often times, people get something that holds meaning or they just like the design. Granted, they could have a tattoo that depicts a sexual act or is supposed to mean something sexual, like "Fellatio Queen" in another language, for instance.
