I’m 37 weeks and 4 days pregnant. My doctors say I am extremely close to giving birth if not at any minute after they did there examination yesterday. Already dilated 2cm and barley any cervix left.

We’ll my boyfriend decided to go 2 hours away with his buddies for a cruise all night full well knowing it could be any hour or day I give birth. And said I shouldn’t be upset that he was going. Am I in the wrong or is he in the wrong.

I also have to go 2 hours away to give birth in the opposite direction that he is so when ever I start feeling contractions or any pain I have to go to the hospital instantly and then go to the city due to complications

I do not think this is okay. Further. You are having a baby outside of wedlock. And this guy who was a sperm donor has probably never felt an obligation to you.

I don’t ever want to get married too many unfaithful people now a days. And a legal paper that makes it harder to leave if the man or women cheats no thank you.

But unfortunately you're going to have to keep those legs close unless you are certain that you can get 18 years of child support and also maternity expenses from him so whenever you're with someone get his license plate number or better yet try to read his social security number out of his wallet.

The money isn’t the problem I have a very good job and have been able to support my daughter and this one so far amazing. As well as help from my family if I ever needed it. It’s the emotional support I need

Cheating is adultery and is not grounds for divorce I think anywhere in the country now. It should be.

You can divorce for any reason. You could just not love them any more and get divorced

I may have gotten really mad at him when he said he was going and I feel bad for yelling but I’m so scared of going into labor alone and having him to far away to get there in time. And I have no family to be there with me and my best friend is taking my daughter when I go into labor

Once I got pregnant he did. It’s like I’m always the second choice for everything for sex for hanging out for even just having a conversation

So why did you get this far into a relationship with him?

It’s only been 7 months of it. The last 2 and a half years were amazing. But the minute the positive pregnancy test came up it’s like he flipped a switch.

I keep thinking maybe it will change when the babies here and I’ve held on to that hope but this really boils my blood

I gave him the opportunity to leave since I knew he didn’t want the baby and he said yah he may not be thrilled to have the baby but he’ll do everything in his power to not be like my ex. And just leave. Yet he’s acting like my ex now

He is trying to convince himself to be responsible but it sounds like that's not what he really wants. He can't pretend for the rest of his life.

And see id be okay if he just knows he can’t but he’s gotta stop making me think I can count on him and then he just leaves

How do I get him to be honest with himself. All I want is for him to be happy.

I don't see any other options unless he is willing to try couple's counselling, and I wold guess that is not too likely to happen.

Wow that's super insensitive of him to say the least when me and my ex had our son there was complications it was a knats ass from killing her the nurse froze up and I ended up having to do her job my ex lost a lot of blood and if I was gone she would have died do that one of the reasons for it being wrong but I also believe that a man should and would be there every step of the way
