It is definitely not a question to ask a total stranger as it sounds inappropriate.

You may ask that to good friends or siblings but certainly not to someone you don't know or acquaintances with no deep relation.

That type of question is way too personal and indicates that the asker is most likely having lewd thoughts. I would refrain from replying to such a question and would question the person's integrity. It would be a reason for me to keep my distance to that person, regardless whether he is a guy or she is a girl.

This is just not something to ask.

I wouldn't say perverted, but it is a personal one. I'd refrain from asking total strangers, or even just people you barely know, as most of those people will instantly jump to the conclusion that you're being lewd and weird. If you have a good reason for asking, that isn't sexual or weird, state it beforehand to avoid an awkward encounter.

It is not perverted at all. When I was 16 or so I started to sleep naked and have ever since. I love it. It feels good on your skin, it lets your body breath. Whenever I was lucky enough to have someone spend the night with me, she always slept naked and it lead to even more sex. Besides who wants to put on clothing after some great sex or masturbation? No, I don't think the question is perverted, and it gets asked fairly often on this site. When you ask such a question, it is customary to give your answer to the question on your post. That tends to set the expectation for what kind of answers you want to receive.
