OK. So I've actually given this a lot of thought after going down the JP rabbit hole.
There's a WAY you put make up on that makes you look like a prostitute. I don't think it has much to do with How Much but more with what way It's used.
I wouldn't say like a prostitute, more like a clown. Think of Mimi from the Drew Carey show, I don't think she would ever be confused for a Prostitute but she looked ridiculous.
Most prostitutes don't wear excessive amounts of makeup because it makes them look too much like a whore.

You might be getting the terminology mixed up somewhat... and also depending on what part of the country you're from the definition and usage of various words may differ slightly from place to place. For example... I'm from the Pacific Northwest in the Seattle area. Here the words "skank" and "whore" can be used interchangeably or together, as in the following sentences... "She was a skank." or "She was a whore." or "She was a skanky whore". but never "She was a whorey skank".

No I don't think it does at all. It can be dependent how the make up looks. It doesn't matter I don't think if people wear a lot or none. As it shows who they are and there are many reasons people wear make up
