Truth is they can be male or female if that is how they feel, its true that they have a sausage down there but damn they can look extremely hot as a female and in my mind they are what they look like to me if i ignore what is below the belt. But ofc i only accept binary genders and nothing else, you either have a vagina or a penis and there is no any other 3rd or whatever type of gender, just those 2 so i refuse to call others with what ever bs they come up with, if you have some new completely different physical gender than i might accept it then, but while its either penis or vagina don't talk about stuff that don't exist. sry going off topic a bit. I will call them a girl tbh, can call them a guy if its a must but if you look like a proper girl then regardless i'll look at you as a girl but will cut off flirting obviously
