Nothing could be further from the truth. Not only the opposite sex friends but for all friends, relatives and acquaintances in general.

I don't feel at ease when people have the need to misbehave and make dirty jokes, hints and in general, have the urge to talk with phrases containing double meanings.

It is just that society is full of creeps and pervs that have nothing better to objectify and sexualize everything in life. Not even children are safe from this perverted society.

Tolerance has its limit. People don't care if they offend children with their behaviors and foul language/visuals. As long as they have their fun, the world is okay regardless whether others are inconvenienced, hurt, insulted or made fun of.
