  • I don't do period laundry but I've gotten small amounts of blood on my clothes, seems to wash out just fine.

If anything I'd mix up a bucket of oxiclean, let it soak a bit, maybe wrinkles them out a time or too by hand (I've touched worse than a period stain not that big of a deal) and then just leave it to soak acouple more hours, over night whatever then just throw it in the was with everything else.

Chances are she has dedicated period panties (or these will become her period panties) and getting the stains out dosent even matter.

I've had to clean dog shit covered blankets and dog beds cause I got a puppy, it can't be worse than that.

  • I don't see period lol. but I think girls should wash their clothes separately after their period. It should not be mixed with other laundry. This is an important precaution for both himself and others in the household. public laundry is very risky.

  • I get your question. But if you ever end up in a position where laundry is basically one of your jobs, you'll soon realise nobody has time to wash one pair of knickers separately. Give it a pre treat then set it free on its laundry journey.

  • I soak them with soap and peroxide for a few min to remove the blood. Then rinse with cold water. Hang to dry and into the regular laundry. Works on dark colors too. ER nurse tip.
