Okay, fuck it- I'll answer the question. I'm not trying to impress anyone here.

I think it's because I wanted to have sex when I was younger, but I didn't. So my mind is still stuck in the arternate reality of seeing myself as a young man even though I am now over 30 years old.

My original goal was to get married somewhere around age 20 and start having sex immediately. My wife would have been the same age. So that was the idea that I had in my head. But since I wasn't having any luck finding a girlfriend, I would watch porn to make up for the lack of "action" in real life. It's the same concept of poor people watching a reality show about rich people and their extravagant lives. If you can't have it yourself, at least you can watch other people enjoying what they have.

Therefore, the people in the videos I watched were of a younger demographic (18-25ish) since that is the age I was as well, and I have always been attracted to women who are my own age. However, the years go by and age creeps up on us. I thought I was starting to get old when I was 23. Then I was 24. Then, suddenly, I was already 25. Then 26, 27... 30.. 32. Unfortunately, I am getting older, and there's nothing I can do to stop it. ... But my "love life" is still in the same place. My relationship experience has not progressed in any way whatsoever. So I still see myself as the same person I was as a teenager (sexually speaking), ... because I basically still am. Therefore, sometimes I forget that I am now over 30 years old. And therefore, I may still click on "teen" videos, because it has become a habit to click on that word and it has been a pattern ever since the days when I was actually still a teen myself.

And to be quite honest, 18-22 year olds are still very attractive to me. But before you start to hate, please remember that that age group is attractive to pretty much ALL men! (Sorry; it's just a fact.). That is one difference between men and women, I think; because women tend to be drawn toward men who are older than them. For example, if you were a teen girl, would you pick Justin Beiber or would you pick George Clooney? My sense is that most young women would pick George Clooney, even though they are attracted to Justin Beiber as well.

Now, having said all of that, do I [still] ACTUALLY want to have sex with a woman that young? Not really. Because when it comes down to it, I'd still much rather date someone closer to my own age. Because we have more in common. And I like girls who are more mature and know what they want in life and relationships. And I also might add that 30 year old women are still VERY HOT!!

Keep in mind that "teen" is a porn category "code word" that really means "college-age" - generally 18-25, with most being in their 20s. That's just like "MILF" meaning "women in their 30s" (motherhood being irrelevant), or "hotwife" meaning women who have sex with other men in front of their husbands (in character, anyway).

When someone asks this question, there's always an implication of pedophilia - and you put that word as one of the voting answers - but "teen" porn has zero to do with pedophilia, which means "someone who desires sex with PRE-pubescent children." I really hate when people misuse such charged-up terms, especially when they do so knowingly. And the fact that the term "ephebophile" was used (which means "someone who has sexual attraction to post-pubescent teens below the age of consent") means that there's an awareness of the difference in the terms.

There also needs to be some recognition that men are biologically programmed to be MOST attracted to women in their early 20s, as women of this age are the ideal age for having lots of healthy children, being at the beginning of their prime child-bearing years. And what "porn term" includes those women? Why, it's "teen." So the fact that women who are of the age that is seen as the MOST physically attractive by men of all ages also happens to be the most popular porn search category is hardly a surprise - in fact, it's exactly what you'd expect it to be once you understood the context.

It's hard not to when it's so prevalent. Regardless you're blowing this up way out of proportion, teen porn typically refers to 18-20 year olds, but specificaly young LOOKING girls.
