More commitment and investment? It's not just looks but other stuff she must have because investing in a woman is not cheap financially, emotionally, etc.

Investing must be smart or else you'll have invested and lost on what you invested on.

Let's say you had to spend one month with one girl and you did this 30 times for 30 months I don't care what that girl look like but if she had a beautiful heart she was a beautiful person on the inside you would fall in love with her but in order to do that you have to be 100% honest with yourself you can't have any other influence coming in distracting you I think all girls are tens myself

Lock it down as in long term? Not necessary, I think it's subjective. For me personally, for long term a 8.5+ in looks and get along well. If she's a 10 though her personality won't matter, she could treat me like complete shit and I wouldn't be going anywhere.
