Tightness is not an issue, as the vagina will relax and open more, as the woman is more aroused. They can stretch quite a bit when really aroused. Lubrication is the sticking point (pun not intended). If not aroused enough, the woman won't be lubed enough to allow easy penetration.

I don't think that's possible, although I can't speak for all guys. A dry pussy can cause discomfort - a sort of pinching feeling - but there are easy ways to remedy that. Tight and wet, though? That's a good thing.
