Depends on the woman and what she does to make sure that she's prepared for anal. She's got take extra steps for hygiene, lubrication and making sure to relax those muscles back there to dilate and prepare for penetration. Some women don't enjoy the feeling of anal sex or ass play and see it as more trouble than it's worth and some women really enjoy it and have fun with it. Everyone is different but the first time is typically painful for everyone. It may still be uncomfortable the next 2-3 times before you really get to enjoy it

Absolutely. My first time was really painful, I was scared, and tensing up, and the guy I was with tried going too fast. Once you learn to relax, take your time, use plenty of lube, and start slow, it can be really good.
