Me personally, my preference is for girls with DDDs and bigger but that hasn't stopped me from dating girls that are smaller, and I don't find them any less attractive. Most guys don't really care and I think most guys say they prefer a C or D anyway so you're not far off.

Bigger tits are generally better than smaller ones, but the most important thing to guys generally is *proportionality.* As in, small tits are fine, as long as they suit the rest of your body. If overall you're slim/fit/athletic or whatever, and overall you're attractive body-wise, then smaller tits will fit you, so they're fine. The issue becomes when a girl is like fat or unfit or something, and also has small tits-- that ain't good, because it's not proportional. Likewise, if a girl is slim, big tits are still very nice but they can be too much of a good thing if they're TOO big.

While I like most boobs personally I prefer a "B" cup. They're just the perfect size and they're usually nice and perky, will seldom if ever get saggy, they won't cause back like bigger boobs do to some ladies and often the nipples are more sensitive.
Only somewhat. Too big tends to get in the way and their owners tend to be vain about them. Otherwise, as I have said here before, you can be as flat as Kansas with nipples and I will love you and them just the same. And B is lovely.
