I do lament over that, as I am told by many sources that it can affect sensitivity... What is it like? Do circumcised men still have issues with premature ejaculation?

it does but in a good way because the penis is very sensitive and with an uncircumcised penis you will probably last for about 5 min but when you circumcised you can last for at least 10 min

Circumcision is just cutting the foreskin. No erectile function is endangered in any way shape or form.
So an uncircumcised penis works exactly like a circumcised one, only it's more comfortable to sport around.

  Uncircumcised. The skin that cover the head is very sensitive, and have it rub against the underwear fabric must be a pretty crappy thing to feel on a daily basis. The foreskin is a "sheath" for the penis, easily retractable to wash and for sexy times.

I was circumcised as an adult.

it was marginally easier to control orgasm post circumcision but overall I found most sex acts more enjoyable.
