There are two primary difference among vaginas during sex:
1. Tightness
2. Wetness
With both of these, there is a sort of "Goldilocks Condition":
1. It is possible to be too tight, too loose, or "just right".
2. It is possible to be too wet, not wet enough, or "just right".
It's not different than women saying penises feel different.
You can have too big, too small, or "just right".
So, each woman/man combination has its own dynamic.
Notice that I wrote "woman/man".
This is because what is "too _____" for one woman or man may be "just right" for a different woman or man.
For instance, let's say I am a guy with average penis size. If I have sex with a woman about my height, I am probably "good enough". If I have sex with a giant woman like @Petra150, I am probably too small for her. If I have sex with a small woman, say, under 5-foot-0, I am probably big enough and maybe too much if she is a tight virgin.
Anyway, with men, it's the same way. A vagina that is "just right" in tightness for me, might be too tight for a guy as tall as Petra.

However, other than tightness or wetness, vaginas feel more or less the same.
All vaginas feel fairly similar, but they all have minor (and occasionally not-so-minor) variations and differences too. It also depends on how the girl uses it. For example, a girl who can squeeze her muscles during orgasm, or even in time with the guy's thrusts, is going to feel better than a girl who doesn't.
I'd say that most vaginas feel MOSTLY the same - maybe 80+% feel 90% similar to others in that 80% - and the ones at the extremes are more likely to feel more noticeably different.
