Sexual Health Ok so my boyfriend (21) and I (18) have frequent sex, maybe 3-4 times a week at least. In the beginning, we both had no had sex for over a year. He used to last for less than 5 minutes. Over time, the more frequent our sex was, the longer he took to finish. I got kind of insecure because I feel like it’s my fault for some reason, like maybe I was loose?
I was wondering if having frequent sex makes you last longer in bed?
Can you go from lasting under 5 minutes to lasting over 20 minutes in just a couple of months because of frequent sex?

2 24Yes, the more often you do it, the less sexually exciting it becomes... and you can gradually go from climaxing in under a minute, to lasting maybe over a FEW minutes.
For me, frequent sex definitely helps me last longer. And it helps me to time my orgasm to hers. It doesn't get better than that. If it's been a long time, I might be in the 5 minute category. In my experience that isn't long enough for most women. But, then again, maybe i'm not doing it right.
Guys are able to last a bit longer and learn control through experience. They focus less on getting an orgasm and more on the feeling and enjoying different positions and feelings different parts.
