Does having frequent sex make you lose weight and/or tone your body?

Serious question! :D

I don't have much experience but I imagine someone who has sex almost everyday or just very often, probably loses some weight thanks to this activity no?

I was wondering whether it is possible to actually tone your body a little this way. I like to be on top during sex but it is quite demanding on the thighs, butt though I'm kind of hoping I'll get a bubble butt this way :D

  • Well that's going to deoend on how active the person is during sex, I mean if you just lay back and take it, it's not going to make you lose weight or tone you up. Different and active sex positions can help obviously but general sex isn't that brilliant an exercise workout as movement tends yo be restricted to particular parts of the body. It certainly is good for your general health though especially if you get breathless and your heart rate goes above 120 bpm for a few minutes. If you are looking to lose weight and tone up there are way better yhibgs you can do for that than sex.

  • Well... I would recommend you go a rigorous exercise regime to find out... and you need to do more positions... but... unless you curb your diet, no it won't make you thin... but you should not let that stop you from doing this as much as possible. PM me for more info.

  • Usually, keep in mind depends on what kind of sex. If your just laying there and letting a guy do his thing, not going to benefit you much but will him.

    If you spend a couple hours each day doing it, changing positions and getting totally covered in sweat, that is a good workout.
