Does it count if im drunk?

So Friday night i went out to the club with my brother and a couple friends. We all had several drinks just hanging out taking to people. When it was time to leave we all went back to my brother's place, me, another girlfriend, my brother and two of his friends. I was pretty drunk so i only remeber bits and pieces, but at some point we all ended up naked in the hot tub for a while. I remeber getting out and see my friend having sex with one of the guys, next thing I know we are all involved. I do like sex but have never done anything with more than one person at a time. So during all of this I am still drunk but am enjoying it very much, but it took a turn for what I wasn't expecting, as one guy was on top of me he says "here try this one" and next thing I know when I open my eyes, my brother is on top of me having sex with me. I'm not sure if he even realized what he was doing and I probably should have said something but by then it was already happening and by then he was pulling out and he put it in my mouth to finish. Saturday when I woke up, the other two guys were already gone and my other friend and my brother were still asleep cuddling naked with her hand on his penis. The whole point is I dont know if he realized he was even having sex with me, he may have thought it was her at the time because it was fairly dark and we were drunk, so im not sure if i should even mention it.
