It depends on a lot of things.
ARE YOU LOSING IT TO YOUR BOYFRIEND? if you're losing it to someone who loves you and respects you, you should go missionary. you need to trust him, speak. tell him to go slow or fast, however you want it. he will be worried about you, thats all he is going to think about, are you ok? am i hurting you? he will see it in your face. and when you're looking at each other, you will share the moment, a connection, you'll look into his eyes and everything will be fine. that will relax you and make you more comfortable.

ARE YOU JUST DOING IT TO GET IT OVER WITH? it shouldn't be this way but if you're doing this, do it with someone you trust, doesn't need to be a boyfriend, you just need to trust him. i find doggy style a great position, even tho there's no connection with the guy, its more comfortable for me. when i started having sex it used to hurt a bit with my boyfriend on top, but with doggy style it didn't hurt, i had more pleasure.

this is just my opinion, anyways, you should try stuff out and see which one u like the most.
but i recomend missionary at least for the first time he goes in. after that, go for it.

yes it does its better if the guy is on top because that will give it time to stretch and you'll be able to tell him when to stop if the guy is on top hell be able to take it slow on you but with girls on top losing their virginity, guys can't help themselves and they might pull you down and hurt you so guys must go on top when losing your virginity when u get used to it, change positions

This is a personal preference you will learn when you have sex. Also, you have to know what you, as an individual, define as sex. That's a big part of it. Other than that, it's what you decide you want/like and how your body responds to it. Try to stay relaxed.

Generally there's two things you should consider when picking.
1. if you're able to relax your body (your vaginal muscles in particular)
2. If you're in controll.

number one is essentially a must, but number two is just a huge pluss since it lets you controll speed and such (prevents him from getting too eager, and lets you stop if it hurts too much).

But beside that, there's not really a difference. But do pick a simple one.

Nope. When a penis is in your vagina no matter what position it is lost no extra fireworks go off when you are in certain positions. I would imagine that most people lost their virginity in the classic missionary position. It makes for a best natural entry.

Probably start with standard missionary.
I've found certain positions like doggy or cowgirl go deeper, which for a virgin could be more painful or uncomfortable.
