Does my sister exploits me as a child?

When I was 12 my sister who is 21 years older than me made me took nude her pictures. She is fully naked and she sent those pics to her husband.

Kind of complicated. Normal for you to see a woman naked in many cases. Women often have common changing areas. Also, sisters often see each other naked. So nothing wrong there. You took pictures of her to send to her husband, legal and normal for married couples to have naked pictures of each other. The only part that is different is that she had you take the pictures of her that her husband would get and use which introduced you into knowledge of their enjoyment of that. At 12, you knew that married couples enjoy sexual activity, but you were helping that. Sisters often take pictures like that for their sisters. The only thing is that 12 was pretty young to be involved in that. But many 12 year olds do more sexually involved things these days. She had you help her with an activity that was okay and it probably did not warp you in any way to know that they had those pictures. So I would say that you were not exploited at all.

Any photo like that of someone under the age of 18 constitutes illegal child pornography. If this is the United States it is a federal crime for which the penalty is up to 15 years in prison for each photo. At the very least you have leverage to protect yourself. I suggest you check the specific laws where you live but prosecution could be possible. In most jurisdictions you would be considered the victim and could not be prosecuted for this;

@Celtero There are a lot of underage people who let others take their photos while they are naked and also of themselves naked and sending them to other people. Many just don't know that if a 15 year old girl takes a naked selfie that constitutes a federal crime punishable by up to 15 years per photo and I know of some kids who have been prosecuted for doing so. Personally, while I think it should continue to be a felony for an adult to possess or take such photos, I think prosecuting kids for taking naked selfies is absurd. I would leave it up to parents to discipline their kids for such things.
