No, being abused by someone, doesn't make you automatically change your sexuality.
A woman doesn't automatically become attracted to women.

Rape and sexual abuse will leave scars and a lot of mental issues and other things.

If the woman was bi, it might make her focus on the women after, but she would still be bi, as long as she would be attracted to men as well..

My best friend in High School is a lesbian. She explained that she was brutally raped by two men and has never liked men since then. I believe it is possible. However it depends on the individual because I too have been raped and stabbed in my hand during the assault but I still am straight. I have a lot of anxiety during sex but I am not attracted to women sexually.

If so, I suspect it also creates gay men. That's not to suggest people can't be naturally gay, but it is to suggest it can be induced, as well.

Though it is weird to think of why men being abused by men would make them want more men, but women being abused by men would make them want fewer men.

Possibly, depending on the woman. I know one of my first reactions was to avoid men I didn’t 100% trust. But thankfully I was worked out of that mindset.
