Size does matter indeed.
You can't possibly say that a larger dick feels the same as a pencil dick.
What really matters though, is girth rather than length. From what I've been told, they enjoy being plugged close rather than having their cervix bruised by us smashing on it with a 30cm shlong.
Being good at using the proverbial hammer is mandatory, clearly. But stating that a small dick does the same as a large one is wishful thinking.

For some yeah. Not all vaginas are the same. I have a naturally low cervix which means that when aroused my vagina doesn't stretch that much (generally the vagina only extends about 7 inches anyways) my boyfriend is under 6inches and most of the time fits perfectly but sometimes we have to use a buffer it's like a cock ring but basically stops him from being able to enter more so he doesn't accidentally hit my cervix and ruin the whole moment

It matters to some extent of course. And to some more than others. Like if it is the size of a finger then you could might as well have used that, it can even bend so maybe the fingers are better :D.
One thing that is a myth is that it can never get too big. I hit the limit of how long a penis I want to enjoy sex several times (I am not very deep), and never met anyone with a too small penis.
