Does sucking on a female's nipples cause sexual release due to inducing a response similar to breastfeeding?

I was always wondering whether actually sucking on a female's nipples would cause any sort of sexual response due to how they have an innate capability for breastfeeding. Maybe stimulating that could cause a sexual release response or orgasm. Or maybe this is just a fantasy and it doesn't work that way at all. Do you know the answer? Because I sure don't. Does sucking on a female's breast cause any kind of response, or is it really just the psychosomatic aspect of allowing someone to touch a part of you that you're giving access to only to those most important to you? Does it even do ANYTHING for you? I've heard some females feel nothing from their breasts being fondled or anything, so I'm at a loss.

Secretion of milk by breast occurs under the effect of the hormone "Prolectin" and a neurohormonal mechanism called "Milk let down reflex".
It occurs during end stage of pregnancy and the later after child birth.
It has nothing to do with sexual arousal.
Non-pregnant woman doesn't have sufficient amounts of "Prolectin" hormone in their body to produce milk ejection unless they're taking drugs like dopamine, levo dopa, etc.

Well there are loads of nerve endings in your nipples. When you touch them, they get hard because they are made for breastfeeding and that's what 's needed to feed a baby. Stimulating an area with many nerve endings can always feel good (or be painful), also in a sexual context. So yes it can be a turn on, though climaxing from that only is kinda a long shot
For breastfeeding they often hurt because babies bite or suck too strongly.

A man sucking on your breasts can cause a sexual response (arousal) but I've never heard of it causing an orgasm. Not tied to breastfeeding. It's more about the guy who is doing it than the body part on it's own.

That may be conceptual, but also it just doesn't do much in terms of feeling good. Being licked really does feel good, especially when it just goes quicker and quicker, so that's the main reason.
