Does this usually happen when a guy is hit in the groin?

I was recently attacked in a parking garage while walking to my car from work. Long story short, a man started cat calling and following me into the garage. I’ve run into this situation before as a single female and I’ve usually gotten out of it by ignoring the man. However, this time my gut feeling told me that it was different and I panicked, took off my heels, and started running toward my car. He managed to catch up to me and grabbed my arm. That’s when I turned around and kicked him in the groin. He grunted in pain, bent over grabbing himself, and then attempted to come at me again. So I kicked his groin again and this time, as soon as my foot connected, I noticed that his jeans were wet. When he realized he had been kicked again his eyes bugged out and he doubled over while holding his crotch. Then he actually began peeing himself. Luckily, I was able to get away after that but I was left completely grossed out. The worst part was that I was barefoot and his jeans were kinda tight, so my foot got all wet. In all my years of taking women’s self-defense classes, I’ve never heard of an attacker wetting himself from a groin strike. Is it normal for a guy to do this after being hit in the groin? Both times I kicked straight into his groin with the ball of my foot instead of kicking him from underneath. Maybe that had something to do with it?

You mean you kicked from the front rather than kicking from underneath his bells? It’s pretty much all the same but maybe your kicks were too strong to take or you might’ve even cracked his testicles maybe.

He was pretty stupid to come at you because it’s obvious you’d just kick hiss nuts up his throat and trying again after the kick. Of course he got them cracked.

I mean might not even have survived your first kick I’d immediately drop to my knees and give up so you don’t hit them anymore😳

I've never heard of that, but I'm glad you got away from him. I wouldn't feel the least bit sorry for him, he got exactly what he deserved, who can say what would've happened if you hadn't disabled him? I practice Martial Arts, and if a guy attacks me and doesn't have a gun, I will hurt him any way I can, groin, knees, neck, eyes, but fighting back should only be used as a last resort if there's not an escape route. First run, then fight is what I've always been taught. You did the right thing, like I said, he got what he deserved.

I once witnessed a the strongest girl I know piss herself, pass gas from both ends simultaneously, vomit, release her bowels, and pass out after being kicked in the groin by a literal child. I’ve never heard of that type of thing happening to a male, so it’s probably just a female thing, but it might be similar.

Possibly, yes. A kick in the balls is excruciatingly painful and leads to spasmimg of all muscles in the body, among other things. It's entirely possible a guy would wet himself.
Throwing up is also a common occurrence, due to extreme nausea and pain in the lower stomach, which inevitably follow a kick.
I has been kicked three times total and luckily these effects never happened to me, but I can totally imagine, because it's an unimaginable pain.

People will pee for a variety of reasons. It is not unusual for a guy to pee when traumatized. I'd say being kicked in the groin once or twice would qualify as trauma. Glad you're ok and glad to hear your self defense training paid off.

I've only been kicked in the groin once and it was when I was around 15 and I definitely did not pee nor have I seen any guy that took a groin shot wet himself. I'm glad yo got free of the jerk.
