The primary muscles that contract in a guy during orgasm are the genital and pelvic muscles, and they are kinda made for that. So, no, I have never experienced a cramp of any kind during or after the “Big O”. What I actually HAVE experienced after an orgasm is an incredible loss of strength throughout my entire body that lasts several minutes. Like, if I am doing a girl missionary style and have an orgasm, I can barely hold myself up with my arms afterward, and usually just sort of collapse on top of her. ☺️

No. I can't say I've ever in my life gotten a cramp after an orgasm. If anything, my muscles all relax and go limp and gooey for about 15-30 seconds. I imagine that's what most (male) orgasms feel like. Never gotten cramps from it, though.
