I could go on but it only gets more socially taboo (as I get into paraphillias) from there and I realize that there may be under age people reading this.

Dominance is much more a state of mind than a catalog of moves. If you are the take charge guy, then just do what you want within the bounds of reason. If she doesn't want to do something, it's up to her to say so. My policy is it's much easier to get forgiveness than permission. That has to be tempered with good manners, respect and good judgement.
