I don’t think it’s ruined rainbows 🌈 just the same way as I don’t think women have ruined the color pink.

I think anyone can like a rainbow for any reason they want or don’t want. I think that as far as lgbtq+ goes that the rainbow is used as a representation of many different people including straight people that don’t fit into traditional gender roles for any number of reasons. Since queer literally means strange/odd and has nothing / says nothing to do with or about a persons sexual orientation or who they prefer to have sex with (if they have sex at all)

I think you should be able to rock a rainbow and have it not mean something it doesn’t. I think that the opinion of other people regardless of a rainbow or not shouldn’t affect your feelings towards others sexual orientation.
Especially in a negative way and that it also shouldn’t stop you from doing, wearing or liking something you like for whatever reasons you do.

Even if the colors of a rainbow had nothing to do with the lgbtq+ community someone (several people) would still have an opinion on your like or dislike of a rainbow & the colors that make it up.

Opinions that unless you’ve asked are none of your business and especially opinions that are negative should not have to be pushed on you and affect your feelings toward something you like.

If for some reason you’re associating rainbows with gay sex, I guess my only question would be who do you imagine having the gay sex? Are you including in that sex? And how are you imagining the sex in terms of location, position, how did it start, ya know all the details you may be imagining. That would be interesting to hear lol

for me personally, it has. i have nothing against gays, lesbians trans or whatever else. but i do hate this "lgbtq+" community, as it's incredibly toxic, intolerant, ignorant and oppressive. and these negative things is what the rainbow now represents for me...

Yes and honestly it's offensive towards religious people considering the rainbow is a promise from god that the earth won't flood again. So definitely takes away from that meaning
