Actual definition of incel or the type of incels that are actually just mysoginists or misandists? If actual incels than I guess its arround equal. If hatetred towards other gender I guess its more on the men side. Stopp if you think this answered your question aolready.
Yes the hatred exists on both sides but I know close to no women that never experienced misogyny but not many guys that experienced misandry. Even if my view is biased (which it is, as there is no unbiased view on this) the cases were allways more extreme for the cases of misogyny.
E. G. An overly unspicific 'I hate all men' ' you are one of the pigs' seems less problematic than rapethreats and weekly hatemail to shut my political opinion down, on the base that I am a women. A few of which I reported to the police and would have been successful if they would be able to track them down and or would fall under their jurisdiction. (Internet is a anonymous and international place).
Sorry if this went overboard. But I see a lot of self proclaimed incels online that are just misogynist in disguise. As thes are themselves not able to differentiate what they are how should I be able to do it.

First of all, you may want to look into the definition of "involuntary", if that is your logic.
Second of all, having a crush on someone does not automatically mean you want to have sex with them. Its that exact mindset that makes one an incel.
Incel, Involuntarily CELIBATE. I think you need to look up what celibate means. It means no sexual relations. If you have sex you aren't an incel. You can be a misogynistic piece of shit however and probably are but nobody that has sex is an incel. It's literally in the word itself.
