Excessive tears falling during good sex or self pleasure normal?

I've always got watery eyes with good sex and even shed a tear or two. It's definitely because of good pleasure. But I did it myself recently and, I know tmi , but to a guy just dirty talking to a camera and my eyes where pouring. I was crying so much which is a first. I don't think there is something wrong with that but I just would like to know why it was soo much crying. Was it just really stimulating?

( let me clarify not crying of sadness it was just flowing out of my eyes on its own)

No worries with you English. It is quite good and understandable. No, I would not say this is "normal". Is it bad though? No. You just seem to get overly emotional from the physical pleasure is what I am guessing.

Now, personally, I don't quite understand it with the self pleasure part of it. I can understand it with a partner because there is likely a strong emotional connection there and you are sharing something intimate.

I have a very strong emotional connection with my SO and have to have that to be intimate with anyone. However, I cannot say that I have ever found myself crying.

While I don't discuss much about intimacy with friends of mine, I can safely say that I have never heard of someone crying (happy or otherwise) during sex and certainly not during self pleasure.

Does that mean you should be worried? Hmm, I don't think so but there is some sort of emotional thing that you cannot control that causes you to tear up. I don't know what that could be honestly. I wouldn't be too worried I guess. If you are, you can always seek counseling.

Thanks for the reply. I'm not to stressed about it I was just really interested in why that might happen. I think I could be overstimulated by that specific way or action.

I think it is not physiological but more so a emotional or psychological thing. I'm not a doctor though, so just a guess.

It is one of those things that is hard to understand. A lot of women cry after sex or after having an orgasm. Years ago I would have phone sex with a woman usually about once a week. She would often cry after having an orgasm. I could tell over the phone, but I never asked her about it. Maybe the buildup and release of emotion?

It's not so common, but also not a bad trait. Just let the guys know to deny their feelings of themselves doing something wrong.
