Eyes half closed look?

I asked a similar question - this guy randomly gives me this look where his eyes are half closed. The rest of the time his eyes get pretty dilated after he talks to me for a few seconds. What's the eyes half closed look do you think? Also he backed up so he was pressed against the counter behind him while he talked to me - couldn't tell if he was relaxing or super nervous (seemed like nervous).

Like they were closed enough I could barely see the irises and he seemed to be looking at me and he's done this before. This was right after his eyes got pretty dilated. Then as I stood to talk with him he like jumped back almost and repositioned himself leaning against the counter behind him.

    • Huh? No no it wasn't that type of half closed eyes. Well kind of resembled it but more like this look came over his face and it was like he was suddenly drugged or something.

    • Then he is an inexperienced stooge who can't veil his interest and doesn't know how to talk to women. He likes you, though I don't know why you'd like him back.

    • Aww at the last part - he seems really nice, he's a bit young for me though and yeah I imagine he's inexperienced. I think maybe he was trying not to look at me and/or couldn't help himself (I assumed it was bedroom eyes but not 100% sure what those are - like whether they're conscious or not)

  • This is very common. He pictured you naked and made a mind photo with no flash.

    • Why do you think he moved back really fast? Embarrassed? Nervous?

    • I was joking before. What I meant to say with this was don't think much off it or take it personal. There can be a lot of reasons for this behaviour.

    • I don't think I've seen many guys do that so I'm like... do I have something on my face? It's a strange look, like trying and failing to not check me out or give something away with his eyes. I don't know if this is what "bedroom eyes" are but it's very unusual.
