Skintone has never been one of my types, I like girls of all skin tones and considering there's pretty women from all skin tones, it's hard to choose one skin type.

Tan / exotic is my favorite. I love darker skin and dark black hair like on Latinas or Italians or Indians. I find that much more attractive.

Pale but not always by color. I hate when they get a tan on purpose but if a dark skinned girl stayed inside or covered up a lot outside to avoid getting burned she is good

I'm white and I feel strong attraction towards the tanned exotic types.
Asian, Latina, Asian mixed with Latina and black and Indian, Arab. There's just so many incredibly beautiful brown women it makes me happy.
