Female cleaners at mens locker room - what is it like?

Where I work out and swim there are often female cleaners there in the middle of lots of naked and well trained men. What is this like for you? And if you haven't been a cleaner, do you think you would be able to enjoy it? (I know I would love cleaning at the ladies locker room at my gym!)

I have been a cleaner at a sports centre for 2 years and I have to clean the men's locker room during opening hours I have to knock on the door and say female cleaner and say do you want me to come back later most guys just say no I walk in with my equipment always have a sneaky look and check out the show most guys just turn away some usually the well hung guys stand with all on display and play with it whilst on their phone just to make it look less weird I've had one guy who was hung like a horse it was at least 10 inches and as thick as my arm openly jerk off in front of me this was at 11 pm (24hr gym and pool) I sat and enjoyed the show I guess he didn't know I was only 17 at the time but anyway it was hot as fuck had a cheeky taste of his cum before cleaning it up

Cleaners tend to go in after hours but I have seen half naked firefighters before and I just gave them some privacy and time, then went and cleaned when they left. Cleaning men's toilets are probably the same as walking into the gateways of hell.

Fun fact: guys shit everyday, anywhere and don't clean up their own explosive diarrhoea. They also can't aim very well.

Re that fact, I object to that statement! Having said that, while some of us consider others enough to clean up after ourselves (if a toilet is soiled when I'm walking into it, I'll clean it myself before and after I'm doing business), I would be very surprised if females did not clean up.

Happened to me two years ago... Guy came in when I Just got out of the shower and was about to get dressed.. He looked, said sorry, turned around and walked away. If I could clean the floors while they are getting dressed.. Or even better, showering.. I definitely would like my job as long as I wouldn't have to clean the toilets.

It depends on the laws and norms of the country. I had a female super in the building I lived in a few years ago, with a gym and pool. It was a little awkward the first time, she knocked and I turned the shower off and grabbed a towel. She just said, "Honey, you can shower when I'm in here, I've seen em in every shape and size!" I took the towel off and she didn't even flinch, "Praise the saints! You got a nice one, have a good shower!" And she cleaned the floors. After that neither of us paid any attention to the nudity.

I don't believe this at all. Not the female cleaners part. That does happen. But the locker rooms are cleaned after the gym closes.

If it did happen that there were female cleaners in a male locker room while it's being used. You would be guaranteed the woman would be getting sexually harassed.

No I've come face to face with female cleaners while I'm completely naked numerous times. It doesn't even bother me anymore.

It has to do with economy and logistics. It would may be expensive to have a double set of staff available at all times, and it is also difficult to keep the staff schedules perfect so that there is always both sexes available.

I live in Denmark, and working as attendant in municipal swimming pool. As usual in my country, women work at both female and male sides. I am only here on weekdays and we are used by high schools for swim practice. Showers and changing rooms are open plan (nudity in not really an issue in Scandinavia), so I get to see lots of 15-16 year old boys naked. Tell me, how arousing is that? Less than not at all? Correct.

I am pretty sure it isn't legal for someone to go into a different genders locker room while they are changing. Otherwise people would do it all the time.

Female staff is allowed, but they are professionals and only go in there if cleaning has to be done. Other women are not allowed.

What gym is this? It sounds... implausible.

Happens at pretty much every busy gym. Someone needs to clean the locker room during the day, and when there is no male staff available a female needs to do the job. Usually there is a sign outside the locker saying "Both female and male staff works here".
