Depends in what situation but with someone you aren't together with or such the front is harder. However it has become progressively easier when you realize everyone has those parts and it's nothing special or weird. With my partners it has never been weird and never been weird with any sexual partner.

I think our body parts are being praised as so special for so long that you have a weird view of nudity. In reality it's nothing special at all.
