Ideally, big boobs, fat booty. But I think I had to choose, me and most men would choose flat chest, fat booty. Because 1) a good booty is harder to come by. 2) She could always get breast implants, as many women have already done. 3) Stuffing her bra or wearing cutlets in them could also help with her A or B cups being so small. Ideally, they must be balanced like a seesaw. If one bit is flat, the other will be flat. If another girl has a large butt, ideally she would have large breasts to compliment it.
