Not enough as they should. The last 2000s-2020 era was a real heterosexual anal sex phase I think for men and for their receiving women. I used to be an anal interested straight man, as in women receiving. But I wisely moved on and I also learnt the issues it has.
But look I've never done anything and I'm a virgin 100 percent. I'm glad I never did anal lol. Let alone oral, yikes I'd think the worst like HPV or oral cancers eventually or the like. Lol.
Now I'd like to think from 2022 onwards, or even from 2021 onwards to the Present day ongoing, it's 'return of the natural big tits' and 'end of the heterosexual anal phase era.'

I would say that they get enough "attention".

As to whether they get enough handling is another matter entirely.

people aren't as into them now days than 20 or 30 years ago , girls seem to be more satisfied with smaller boobs and less into getting breast implants than years ago. i find i'm just as attracted to girls with mid sized boobs as bigger
