Generally who gets visibly physically older more early with age?

Personally I feel in general the men look quite older and loose whatever charm they have had when young... since unfortunately men have physical things which get worse with age and hence make them look more older mature and charm-less compared to the women...
Such as... generally men loose head hair/get bald head or thin hair... greying facial and body hair... wrinkly saggy ball sack n penis skin... all these things make men seem more older easily and earlier than women.

I think women lose their charm more compared to what they had when they were young. As for men, I think most of them never had any beauty when they were young, so nothing to lose. If anything they look better. The things that you mentioned like grey hair etc matter very little in my opinion.

If a man can hold onto his hair, he can maintain a distinguished looked well into his 60's and beyond. American actor Gregory Peck is a good example. For women, the first thing that ages is their skin. Too much time in the sun in their teens comes back to haunt them in the fifties with rinkles and what looks like dried out skin. My significant other is age 54, tall and blonde- well, there's a lot of grey, but her skin is still amazing because she took care of it.

In any case, we all get told and we all begin to look old.

Honestly.. I think it depends on the individual. Genetics and lifestyle are going to be huge. I've seen women in their 60s look really good. And women in their 30s look like they are in their 20s.
