Being gay isn't about who you have sex with; it's about who (or more accurately, WHAT) you want to have sex with. Were it otherwise, virgins would have no orientation. Attraction isn't required to have sex- it's almost always present, for obvious reasons, but it's not necessary. Since masturbation usually doesn't involve attraction to one's hand, it's not gay, and since a transsexual (assuming they're post-op) has what are, or at least what resemble, the body parts of the opposite sex, it really isn't either.

"Gender" and this meaning of "sex" refer to the same thing. More specifically, though, being straight (which I think it what you meant there) refers to being attracted to the primary (genitals) and secondary (breasts, broader hips, and higher voices for women; height, broader shoulders, and deeper voices for men) characteristics of the opposite sex. An individual who exhibits the opposite sex's secondary traits to a great degree is likely to attract some amount of the sexual interest of straight people, especially if they're passing (intentionally or otherwise) as that sex; remember that we keep our primary sexual characteristics hidden.

Yes! 2351 in CCC: "Sexual pleasure is morally disordered when sought for itself, isolated from its procreative and unitive purposes" A proper sex - nuptial act - should be both unitive (bringing the couple closer to each other and God) and procreative (open to the possibility of a new life being conceived). (Source: from nfp. dbqarch, but they wrote this following the encyclical letter HUMANAE VITAE by pope Paul VI). To be not considered a sin, a nuptial act must always end with sperm in vagina, although accidents are not considered sin if unplanned. Depending on position between tradition and progressivism in Catholic Church there are different opinions: 1) Oral sex is unnatural / oral sex might be accepted as part of foreplay if it not lead to orgasm itself. 2) Natural Family Planning - some people say it can be ok if it is just used to postpone birth in hard family conditions. 3) Man should reach orgasm last, as continuing sex after ejaculation can be considered a mutual masturbation and thus a sin. Some scholars, but only some, agree that in case of failure, man can then lead women to orgasm by other means. (Sorry about error in previous post. It is paragraph 2352, not 2352)

Please mind that the answers I gave above are from a point of view of catholicism. Other christian denominations may have different views. According to bible parents can use corporal punishment. Like one priest said: if the child is very unruly, do not want to listen and is doing something that can lead to hurting themselves or others it can be better to spank/slap him/her than to allow some terrible thing to happen. I do not think there are only official documents on this. I, myself am very against corporal punishment in normal situations. I believe it is a lot better to talk with a child so that he or she understands our point of view. The child should do what is right because he/she feels it, not because of fear of some corporal punishment.

I am against domestic violence. My grandma used to be very abusive towards other family members, especially my poor, beloved grandpa, who is a very good man. I always used to defend him. Bible and official Church documents do not endorse CDD. Bible rather advise husbands to love his wife. "Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her." Please see this: "A Pastoral Response to Domestic Violence Against Women" by United States Conference of Catholic Bishops: "Men who abuse often use Ephesians 5:22, taken out of context, to justify their behavior, but the passage (v. 21-33) refers to the mutual submission of husband and wife out of love for Christ. Please note that that there are many factions "fighting" in Church for their worldview. Despite many tries, opinion of church in some matters is not complitely unified. Bishops, cardinals, and even theologians with Ph. d. quarrel. For example: some say Natural Family Planning is always good, some sometimes only, and some say it is the same as contraception and thus sin. Currently majority of laymen catholics and priests, at least in Poland, shifts towards rather positive view of sex. So the answer might be different depending on who do you ask - how progressive/traditional given person is. Traditional catholics, who are very strict usually prefer to adhere to norms and Church documents up to pope Pius X (who condemned modernism) and have less regard for newer ones.
