It has happened and you are going to have to deal with it. Not being harsh but this is the risk involved in sending nudes. I very much hope that you at least kept your face out of the pictures, that way you have some level of deniability and it limits the ongoing potential for damage.
Many people believe that they can trust someone at the time but, unfortunately, you never know how deceptive some people can be and you also don't know how they might react in the event of a bad breakup. Many people will lose their shit when they are hurt and that's the time when their actions become predictable. It takes emotional control to not want to seek some kind of revenge.
Anyway, as I said, this has happened and you're just going to have to find peace with it. Don't blame yourself and don't hate yourself. This guy has been a douchebag, that's not your fault. Also, if he is distributing naked photos of you then that constitutes a crime in some countries. You could consider reporting him to the police for harassment at the very least. You could also consider informing his family about what he has done, or his employers, or his college, or whoever. If he wants to try and shame you then see how he likes it.
Assholes like him is the reason why we can't have nice things.
Sending nudes is a risk and sending risk to someone who you're not in a long term committed relationship with is way past the point of unwise and into stupid.
Luckily the legal system is here to help.
In some states , such as California there is a "revenge porn" law (Bill 255: www.leginfo.ca.gov/.../...07_amended_sen_v98.html) which makes it a misdemeanor to “post identifiable nude pictures of someone else online without permission with the intent to cause emotional distress or humiliation.”
So if you happen to live in one of those states , and you are ready to make him pay , time to talk to an attorney and make sure he doesn't do it to anyone else again eh?
Lesson learned. Now you have to live with your actions and you can choose to either own what you did and say "Yes, I made a bad choice, but I'm not the first to and I won't be the last", and so you take the power back from others who try to hurt you with your past actions, or.. you pity yourself and act a victim and stress and worry and blame others and run around trying to change history and let this guy exploit you. I'd opt for the first option. What's done is done, and you can only choose how to respond and make sure you make a better choice next time, like we all should.
I don't know what you should do now except embrace it and keep it moving and know you're not bad it's him that broke the trust. But I wouldn't suggest ever giving someone what they want like a nude esiecially if they're begging for it. Make him wait or at least work for it rather

Turned out to be a mistake. Hope no identifying info was included (face, tattoos, etc.) But no need to be so embarrassed. He showed himself to be an asshole, and you a victim. Sharing of nudes is quite common, even with many who criticize it. This will pass and true freiends will not think less of you.
