Well they certainly do, and me, being a 6'6 giant guy yet being brought down by girls marginally smaller than me, I'd believe too.

But then again, if I was to strike back, let's say in the event if a lady burglar breaking into my house and kicking me there, in that scenario I'd strike back, and I think I can still win

I’d believe it. I’ve dropped women much larger, stronger, and tougher than me by kicking them in the groin. I’ve been dropped by smaller, weaker people when they kicked me in the groin. I’ve yet to see a woman who can stay standing after a groin shot, so I figure the same rule must apply to men.

In reality it's actually way more painful than they show in a movies. A well-aimed kick makes it impossible to even stand up for an extended period of time, not just drops a guy.

Yes, a well placed hard kick is surely as debilitating as depicted in movies. Not as sweet and entertainment as in the movies, in reality it's grave and dark.
