I think you need to re-evaluate your entire relationship, if your girlfriend can't handle you having a wank.
Seriously, anyone who freaks our and/or doesn't talk to their partner WHO THEY REGULARLY HAVE SEX WITH ANYWAY, needs a good smack back to reality.
This has always baffled me how couples get all weird around each other over masturbation.
You've seen each other naked, you've fucked before. You're in your bloody late 20s, mate. This sort of reaction is ok for a teenager, who has only just discovered what their naughty bits do.
Your girlfriend needs to grow up and you need to grow a pair. Nothing shameful about masturbating and you shouldn't have to hide it from your S/O.1 0 1 0So what are you saying? I should have done it in the bed?
I don't see why not. It's your bed just as much as it is hers. Sure, it would be rude if you did it in her presence against her wishes. But feeling ashamed for being caught in the bathroom is ridiculous, imho. How can masturbation be an awkward subject for people who actively engage in sex? It just makes no sense.
I don't think I could do it next to her in bed. I would feel like I would be pressuring her to help me out.
I don't see any problem with it. I mean you was horny and she wasn't, you could've kept asking her until she gave in but you didn't. I wouldn't think anything of it if I caught my husband jacking off, I mean sure I might pick at him a little but that's just us. He would do the same thing to me if he caught me playing with myself. :)
0 0 0 0Guys masturbate, girls masturbate, sometimes when other people are around.
If it's uncomfortable for you, don't mention it.
I wouldn't be offended or anything, I'd probably be a tease and say something like "I hope you were thinking about me!"
If it's a big enough issue for her then she'll bring it up.0 0 0 0

I masturbated in bed next to my gf. She had the covers off and was naked. She woke up and saw me and asked what I was doing. I said I was so horny, but I knew she was exhausted and didn't want to bother her. She finished it (handjob) while we kissed. I think it all comes down to how you approach it. But if she asks, be honest, if you need more sex and intimacy you should tell her.
2 1 0 0You seem to be uncomfortable with bringing it up. So, don't bring it up. If she does, talk about it. If not, forget about it. Just try to avoid acting different around her. Try to avoid that awkward silence at the table or other times when you two normally talk. Know what I mean?

Nothing embarassing, really! We all have our needs...0 0 0 0Oh, she'll bring it up and if not, then you do... your point would be that you would prefer she does it to you but respects her sleep/mood/whatever sign of hers that told you not to ask.
She'll respond positively1 1 0 0You didn't turn her down for sex. She turned you down.
If anything she may feel guilt that she doesn't satisfy you. That's her burden.0 2 0 0If I caught my boyfriend masturbating, I would drop to my knees and suck him off.
