First she kinda just made it clear she wants to fuck but then when i agreed brought the idea of money. I feel so bad cause firstly i wouldn't want to pay $400 for sex.. secondly she's not even that hot.. thirdly she's in my class lol.. is it me or is this really weird.

When the price starts coming down, at some point she'll not want to go any lower. This is the point where you drop your offer to half of whatever it currently is, and when she refuses you walk away from the negotiation. She'll change her tune right quick.

I'd point out to her how much professionals charge (who make a lot more effort than she does) and then point out she has no right to charge you that amount.

When I was your age, I only slept with girls that wanted to sleep with me. I didn't resort going to professionals. If she wants you badly enough after you tell her you only sleep with girls for love not money, she will eventually persuade you to date her. Then chances are she'll get that $400 out of you anyway, over time.
