Girls why do you grab the sheets or grab your mans arm when he's having sex with you? Does it mean he's doing a good job?

Maybe it doe mean you are doing a good job. But I wouldn't base your abilities on that alone because some people will fake it. Your best bet is to outright ask if the other person is satisfied and ask what you can do to improve things. Piece of advice: pay attention to everything she is doing that way you can spot if she is faking or not because if she is truly getting off, her body will do things she won't be aware of but that you can see. So, next time you know what to look for.

I always just liked to do it to make him think he was doing a great job so it made him feel better... I have actually only had good/great sex like 5 times so I just like to make the guy feel good even if I don't.

This does a disservice to the ladies. We need to stick together. If a guy sucks in bed he needs to know so the next girl isn't disappointed. Of course I understand not wanting to hurt someones feelings but its all in the delivery of the message!

Well it's kinda self-explanatory. When you're really enjoying yourself your back arches, toes curls, basically you have the works. Your body is going through so much sensation that it tenses up with pleasure.
