I'm going to try to explain this as simple and as accurate as possible.

I guess you could call "cumming" having an orgasm. Which is when a girl reaches sexual climax. All girls can orgasm (some may have a harder time, but it is possible.) An average orgasm is not accompanied by any fluid, or ejaculation.

When guys orgasm they ejaculate. Squirting is the girl version of ejaculation. It happens when the girl orgasms. Not all girls can do this, or they have not learned how to.
