When you're younger, it can be rather difficult for a girl (though not all) to climax from sex. With time, you become better with this. Reason is that women peak sexually only after they're in their 30s or so.
Don't worry too much about this; just find ways to cope.
One of my partners was pretty unorgasmic in her 20s, but improved later. Another, whom I met later on in life, was higher sexed than me, and could easiliy climax. If you come by oral or manual (or a mix of all), just explain that to your partner... he should be mature enough to understand it.

BTW, it's not a problem if you climax through oral. Some guys love giving oral. I love it myself. It gives me the pleasure of feeling that I'm satisfying my partner... so I would do it for her, even without her asking.
