  • I’ve been having sex since I was 23. I’m very fertile with a high sperm count. Yet I have never gotten a girl pregnant with doing the pull out or ejaculating inside. It’s all about timing. Both the man and the woman need to be familiar with her cycle. There is always risk involved but much of the risk can be mitigated if both pay attention to the cycle and signs of fertility. The rest of the time, pulling out his highly effective if the man knows his body well enough and has enough self-discipline to be out and clear prior to ejaculation starting. It’s also on the man to clean himself well and urinate in between intercourse so that remaining sperm does not enter her body when doing the pull out method. Finally, earning and having complete trust between each other is critical

    • I might add that unless both are willing to be a father and mother and commit to each other, sex shouldn’t be taking place anyway. That way if pregnancy does occur, it isn’t really a bad thing because both are well prepared ahead of time and willing to take responsibility

  • Most of my girlfriends over the years have been on BC, so despite many thousands of cream pies, there has never been a pregnancy.

  • Nah def not the first time. I never use birth control and have only gotten pregnant either on purpose or when we got carried away and didn't pull out.

    With the time we were trying it took over a year for me to get pregnant even tho I was getting lots of creampies during my fertile week it just doesn't always happen.
