It's not that I love showing my boobs or hate keeping them covered, I just literally don't care at all. To me, boobs are boobs. I don't think they're offensive, inappropriate, or shocking, so I find myself mostly worrying about other people. People have seen me changing accidentally and were like "OMG IM SO SORRY WOW THIS IS AWKWARD" and I just don't think so at all. Seeing people's bodies or people seeing my body is not embarrassing to me, it's almost funny seeing people get all crazy about it, because I really don't understand it.
That being said, I didn't vote, because I don't care. I keep in mind other people's comfort levels with the human body when I dress myself, but if it were my choice and we lived in a world where people were not accustomed to modesty, I'd never wear a bra, I wouldn't care if my nipples were visible through a shirt, and I'd be naked at the beach all the time.

Even though it's challenging I keep mine covered. I say it's challenging because I'm to the larger size when it comes to cup sizes. I don't even wear a push up bra (or even own one). I don't like showing ridiculous cleavage because I'm conservative when it comes to dressing myself. In the end somehow and someway cleavage comes through. I'm comfortable with myself and what I'm blessed with.
