Second thing, I don't think you can tell a man's dick size from his hands but you CAN tell what his dick will look like! Dicks come in different shapes and aside from the size, some have a larger head, some have a more perfectly proportioned dick, some have a darker colored head, etc. Things like that, and you can aways tell by a man's hands and his thumb what his dick is going to look like! Sexy hands usually means a perfectly proportioned and colored dick. Extra-long fingers can mean a narrow dick for how long it is. Very wide thumbs can mean a wide dick, which doesn't mean it's necessarily going to be big because it could be short and wide. So it really only gives you a glimpse of the shape but not necessarily the size, if that makes sense.
