I never have but did contemplate getting a breast reduction at 15 because i was just so sick of being hit on by adult males and horny boys my age. It was soo overwhelming having people notice my body when Im still trying to get comfortable in it damn myself. ugh. but as I got older i grew to love them and am happy I never followed through with it.

A gal that tended bar at a club I frequent had probably A cup breasts decided to get implants. She was petite but she went big, I guessed F cup. She commented that she couldn't see her feet. I guess she got tired of the weight of the implants because about a year later she had them removed.
From a guys perspective I know and respect that it is a girls choice. However I prefer natural breasts... no need to make them larger.

Small natural "A" to "B" breasts are the most attractive and best for the girl. There is no reason for them to be sexual. What if guys had the same?

I know women that have had enhancements and reductions. One that comes to mind is one that had enhancements many years ago and now wants to go back to the way she was as she's taken up golfing recently and her boobs hamper her swing. I'm not an expert in size, but I would guess they are the size of cantaloupes.

Honestly i wouldn't be even friends with them , one of my friend told she's gonna have that lip surgery for plumer lips i said to forget we are friends if you did any alteration to your body which isn't natural.

I know a couple women who had naturally very large breasts who had breast reduction surgery to reduce the stress on their backs and they are very happy with it.
I worked in modeling and specifically adult modeling 😅 so I've known quite a lot with fake tits and large real breasts. Here is the deal, men like tits. Big small medium real fake.
Online you will see many men give shit about fake tits. Its mostly they THINK they dont like fake but they will just fine if they ever played with them (see above, men like tits). The issue is many men will see you as less worthy for a serious relationship. That being said i dont think its the primary factor. But its certainly true. This will go for reduction or any cosmetic surgery. The thinking is if they would do any work then they have body image issues and are shallow.
Now to talk about sizing up, most girls who went larger, regretted not going up even more in size. Like if you have a B and want a C... oh no please dont do that. Many girls go in for fake boobs and then just a few years later they are back for larger ones. Also from mens perspective, if a girl had like fake Cs id think thats super weird. If you're going fake go big. Literally the smallest id recommend anyone get assuming you're model thin would be 32DD or 30DDD. Anything less is a waste of time. You are limited based on skin stretching issues but thats out of my experience.
In terms of reduction. Usually these are chubby girls and the issue is really their chub and weak support muscles back and chest and so they get pain. They could just lose a few lbs and go to the gym 2x a week and it would 99% be resolved. So i would never encourage a girl to get a reduction. Plus its kinda a slap in the face to men, like i had huge amazing tits but i threw them away so you dont get to see them. While men in general dont like girls doing cosmetic surgery this one isn't even fun. If my girl surprised me with bigger id be upset but also smiling but if she surprised me with smaller id never get over it and we would definitely be done. How would you feel if your boyfriend came home and instead of sporting a thick 7 inch dick he got surgery to make it a skinny 5 inches? Too big for pants so now its more comfortable. Clearly women have a preference. Its just a slap in the face to many women like why would he do that?

I will admit I'm a bit hypocritical on this one. I'm not a fan of surgery but I have had lasic. Guys like boobs, so I don't think it matters. That and I think most weman get them for the wrong reasons, and it just helps create more unhealthy habits.
I missed the last question. I do know girls that have had it done. They are happy with them still. Most want to bigger or better in some way That said none of them are with the same guy who helped them through the surgery. I think the reason you get them is everything.
