Girls how do you deal with your upskirts now that summer is almost here?

I rarely wear skirts and breezy dresses. My dresses are often stiff or they adhere to my body so they don't blow in the wind. My skirts are often pencil skirts and everything is knee length. If I have a skirt that's breezy, I will usually wear shorts underneath it. If the wind blows, I'll just fix it later since no one can see my panties. I also fix the skirt to be more lady-like. I don't often wear skirts so if it upskirted, I wouldn't care since I'd have shorts on under lol.

I don't care if happens, haha, it'd be an accidental peek due to a windy afternoon. Lol. Actually with all those vaporous fabrics dresses and blouses are made of, everybody can see your body through them, so not big deal. I usually go braless and commando, no matter I'm wearing dresses or skirts, but I try to keep them down as much as possible, haha. But when the wind makes it's job, it really makes it. Lol.

I wear skorts (skirts that are actually shorts). And if I'm wearing my regular skirts/dresses, I just keep them down. I do mind if guys take a peek (because that implies that they're deliberately looking up my skirt which is pretty perverted). But if it happens accidentally, there's really not much I (and the guy) can do about it.

If I wear a dress or a skirt I always keep it down, not hard since I only want to wear knee length skirts. And yes, I mind if a guy tries to look up my skirt/dress. I find that disrespectful and gross on his part. It's why I don't like to wear them very often.

A female friend never wears a bra (B cups for sure) and often goes commando. She'll wear sun dresses a lot and her attitude is if she gives a peek, so be it. Not that she'll straight up flash but it does turn her on. Once in a bar she had on a strapless dress and when adjusting it, it popped downward causing her breasts to leap out. She said "oops!" and watch me and my girlfriend for our reaction. It was hot.

The question makes me wonder why, as I guy, I am so turned on by seeing a quick flash of part of a girl's panties, but when I go to the beach and see bikini bottoms all day long it's not nearly as thrilling. I guess it's the context.
