That’s like a girl only liking guys that are circumcised, or uncircumcised or whatever. I can’t grasp the reasoning of having a preference like that. As long as a person’s genitals are clean, function properly, and aren’t morbidly deformed, I don’t see how one vagina/penis can be more or less attractive than another.

Also ironically enough you sorta answered your own question there lol. We cannot truly understand that which we do not know. Preference is a non-choice factor and so if we do not share the same preferences we cannot fully understand one another's preferences. There is a plethora of contributing factors that go into deciding our preferences for us such as instinct, cultural influences, habit, and many many others. Psychologists, biologists, and to some extent even anthropologists have researched such things in great length so you should be able to find some free scholarly articles and research papers on the topic online or at a library
