An outie pussy is when the labia minora (the inner lips) peek through the outer lips. Though different people have different definitions in their head, for the purpose of this question, I will consider an outie pussy one that, when you stand up straight, you can see the labia minora or the clitoris, without spreading your labia apart. Alternatively, it is an innie pussy if you only see a slit.
